Super Summer Saturdays at the Museum
Join us at the Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History Saturdays this summer for fun family activities. Super Summer Saturdays will run each Saturday, June 27— July 25 (except July 4). Ages 6 and up; parents must accompany their children. Programs are free of cost for children, adults pay Museum admission. Please note that some programs are drop in while performance programs have specified start times.

Beautiful Bats

Join us at the Museum for a visit with live bats from the California Bat Conservation Fund! This is one of our most popular programs, and we're pleased to be able to offer it again this year.

Recycled Music- ZUN ZUN
TWO PERFORMANCES: 10:30 am and 12 pm
Performed entirely on recycled instruments, this show
highlights innovations in instrument making through time from recycled items (steel drums, panpipes) and ends with the creation of a recycled band made from items found around the house.

Creepy Crawlies- Wildlife Associates
TWO PERFORMANCES: 10:30 am and 12 pm
Dispel the myths and explore the importance of these animals in nature's diverse web of life. Live animals including boa, tortoise, alligator, tarantula, and giant lizardwill be presented in a safe and fun environment.
