Families in Nature Summer Saturdays

This summer join our family program featuring live animals, games and crafts!

Free with admission: $4 adults, $2 seniors
Kids and Museum members free - Children must be accompanied by an adult.

June 22 – Sensational Snakes
Sssssssslip on over to the Museum to learn about local and exotic snakes. Hold live snakes and hear stories from local reptile expert Paul Haskins. Drop in: 11am - 2pm.

July 13 – Native storytelling, crafts and games
Come connect with traditional ways and learn about the Ohlone people who lived in our area for thousands of years. Play native games, make crafts of natural materials and listen to an Ohlone storyteller in our outdoor amphitheater.
Two shows: 11:00 am & 12:30 pm.

July 27 – Beautiful Bats
The Bat Conservancy of Coastal California brings live bats to the Museum! Come by to hear about these fascinating flying mammals and make a fun bat craft.
Drop in: 11am - 2 pm.

August 10 – Live Local Raptors
Live raptors will visit the Museum amphitheater. Come observe and learn about these amazing predators.
Two shows: 11:00 am & 12:30 pm.
