Museum Hours

Current: Tuesday-Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, Closed Sunday & Monday

Summer hours (Memorial Day through Labor Day): Wednesday-Sunday 10 am to 5 pm, Closed Monday & Tuesday

 

Admission Information

Admission: $4.00/adult; $2.00/seniors (60+); Youth under 18: Free
Museum members: Free Join Now!

Groups: Planning on visiting as a group? Due to the size of the Museum, groups of 6 or more require a reservation for a self-guided tour. Call us at 831.420.6115 to schedule your visit!

Free First Thursday: Admission is free for individuals and families on the first Thursday of January, April, July, and October. Tour reservations required for all group visits, including Free Thursdays.

Driving directions

From the North - Hwy 17

Take Hwy 17 to Ocean St.

Follow Ocean St. all the way to the end, at San Lorenzo Blvd.

Turn LEFT on San Lorenzo Blvd.

Turn RIGHT on East Cliff Dr.

Turn LEFT on Pilkington

Park on Pilkington or surrounding streets

From the North - Hwy 1/Mission Street

Take Hwy 1 South - becomes Mission Street in Santa Cruz

Turn RIGHT on Laurel Street

Turn RIGHT on San Lorenzo Blvd.

Turn RIGHT on East Cliff Dr.

Turn LEFT on Pilkington

Park on Pilkington or surrounding streets

From the South

Take Hwy 1 North to the Morrissey Blvd. exit

Turn RIGHT on Soquel

Keep to the LEFT fork to stay on Soquel:

At the yield sign, turn LEFT then turn RIGHT onto Soquel Avenue

At the next signal, turn LEFT on Seabright Avenue

Follow Seabright Avenue all the way to the end

Turn RIGHT on East Cliff Drive

Turn RIGHT on Pilkington Avenue

Park on Pilkington or surrounding streets
